2021 Ruger Auctions Return In Support SASP

The SASP’s Founding Partner Sponsor, Ruger has been dedicated in their support of our program for over five years and has graciously included the SASP as a beneficiary of Ruger Auctions. Each week from September through December will feature a new Ruger Auctions, with all proceeds being donated in benefit of the SASP!

Our latest auction item is a Ruger Vaquero® 45 Long Colt single-action revolver. The Ruger Vaquero® was first introduced in 1993 and is recognized as incorporating the frontier virtues of strength, reliability, and durability. The serial number is 55-25140 and Ruger’s records reflect this revolver was roll marked March 2, 1994. The revolver was never sold and has never been fired beyond normal testing during manufacture. This revolver has a high-gloss stainless steel finish and is equipped with a rounded blade front sight and fixed integral notch rear sight. Other features include a 4-5/8 inch barrel, and a 6-round 45 Long Colt cylinder. It has a traditional western-style, hand-filling grip with rosewood grip panels featuring silver and black Ruger Eagle medallions inserted in the panels. “RUGER VAQUERO® .45 CAL.” is stamped on the left side of the cylinder frame. This Vaquero revolver had been stored in a brown hinged cardboard box along with an appropriate instruction manual and locking device. The revolver is being sold “as is.” The purchaser assumes all liability for its safe and proper ownership, storage, use, and resale. The revolver is a part of the Ruger factory collection in Southport, Connecticut, and a Certificate of Authenticity will be mailed to the winner of the auction
