Up for auction this week is a 6.5 Creedmoor Ruger American® Rifle Predator with GO WILD® brush camo stock. Ruger’s records reflect this rifle was roll marked February 7, 2018. This model was first introduced in December 2017 and is a current production item. It was never sold and has never been fired beyond normal factory test firing. This rifle was one of Ruger’s Sales & Marketing photography samples. The rifle features a 22-inch threaded cold hammer-forged barrel with a factory-installed muzzle brake as well as a factory-installed one-piece Picatinny scope base. The patented Power Bedding® integral bedding block system positively locates the receiver and free-floats the barrel for outstanding accuracy. Other features include: the Ruger Marksman Adjustable™ trigger; a one-piece three-lug bolt; and tang safety. It has a burnt bronze Cerakote™ finish with a lightweight synthetic stock featuring a GO WILD® camo design and studs for mounting sling swivels. The stock also features a soft black rubber buttpad. It has an AI-style magazine that holds three cartridges.
